Question 1

What does "breaking resistance" mean?

Accepted Answer

Resistance is the internal friction that shows up when you try to move toward something that matters. It's not laziness or a character flaw - it's information. Breaking resistance means learning to notice it, understand what it's protecting, and take small meaningful action anyway.

Question 2

Is this therapy or mental health treatment?

Accepted Answer

No. This is personal development and coaching. It's not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment. If you're dealing with a clinical condition, please consult a licensed professional.

Question 3

What is an identity-based habit?

Accepted Answer

Instead of focusing only on outcomes ("lose 10 pounds"), identity-based habits focus on who you're becoming ("I am becoming a person who takes care of my body"). Each small action you take is evidence for that identity.

Question 4

What's included in the 14-Day Challenge?

Accepted Answer

14 daily lessons with reflection prompts, journaling exercises, identity statement work, small action prompts, and resistance tracking. You get lifetime access once purchased.

Question 5

What's the difference between the Workbook and Premium Membership?

Accepted Answer

The Workbook is a one-time digital product with exercises and worksheets. Premium Membership is a monthly subscription that includes the 14-Day Challenge, unlimited AI coaching, full journal history, weekly reports, downloadable worksheets, and member-only content.

Question 6

How do I start if I'm new?

Accepted Answer

Complete the onboarding flow and resistance scorecard first. That gives you your resistance profile and recommended starting point. Then try the daily check-in, create an identity statement, and build your first habit.

Question 7

What happens if I miss a day?

Accepted Answer

Nothing bad. Streaks are not the point - awareness is. Just pick up where you are. Resistance often shows up as "I already missed a day, so what's the point?" - notice that thought and reframe it.

Question 8
